Picked up our new 2038R Saturday

We picked up our new 2038R Saturday.

So far got the forks setup on it, did some forklift work over the weekend.
Also setup the Heavy hitch on it.

Thanks Tim, that hitch is really nice. Another item I used the TTWT discount code on .

    Congrats on the 2038R.

I'd like to see a pic of your entire fleet, that's an impressive green lineup you have in your signature.

Well I traded Z997R the MX, and the 1023E for the two new machines.

I need to update my signature. LOL

Goal was to have a open station tractor large enough to use all my 3 series cab tractor's attachments, yet small enough to still fit into tight spaces that the cab 3Rs can't.
That 1023E was far to limited on what it could do, and which attachments it was capable of using. The Mx5 was not getting much use, and if I ever need another brush cutter, I know I am not going to buy another one that is 3pt mounted. The drag behind type look far better suited for my needs.

That X758 was because the I was sick of having to get on tractor to go and pull that Z997R out every time I got it stuck, which was a lot . LOL

Here is a couple more pics.

All of them are not at the same location.
That X750 pic was from back when I first bought it, I swapped that 60" deck for a 54" deck I already had.

Well I don't know about the same time, that might get a bit tricky. LOL

But every machine I own was used at some point last weekend. With the only exception being the old X740 which is setup with a 48" deck and the JD bagger system, It generally only gets use in the fall for leaf clean up.

A lot of what has driven this collection of Green machines is lack of time. I simply barley have enough to get all the work done, and when I first bought my new property last spring, I quickly discovered the time it was taking to constantly reconfigure the machines for different task was killing me. Only have so much daylight after work to get stuff done. Now that we are in September that amount of daylight is getting less and less. I basically jump from one machine to another completing different task all weekend long. Don't get me wrong I am loving every minute of it. Its more like play time for me, if there is a JD tractor involved.

    PS. Updated my signature.

Absolutely bang on ^^^^^ Way better and easier to just change tractors, than implements. Great minds think alike.

    Nice looking tractor(s).

You are definitely not a candidate for the "Not getting a new tractor" thread.
