    I was at a trade show and Polaris had a set on an ATV (or maybe a UTV). We were talking with the guy and he said they were good except when they wear out and you need to purchase an entire tire/wheel assembly. They were supposedly working on a way to have new "tires" mounted by a dealer to save on costs. There was one other downside he mentioned, but I don't remember what it was.

    I am told the the first tires will be R-4 for skid loaders, sold by a very limited number of dealers. Will be about 2 times the cost.

    I would doubt that you can use those in the winter months even if it does have an aggressive thread design. The minute you get some snow/ice or anything else inside the spoke area, it will automatically give you an out of balance ride until you remove the foreign matter.

    No, but you could lay them flat on a sheet of plywood, and load them with cement. LOL.
