Farmall Cub, how to install starter field stud? Delco Starter Experts?

A friend bought an old Farmall Cub.

The starter was modified to use a solenoid and push button. He says it should have a starter mounted switch and pull rod to activate the starter.

To modify the starter someone changed the field stud to bolt with a nuts on the exterior to bolt a cable to.

He bought the field stud, switch, and has the rod.

The field stud kit has the stud, washers (6), and a nut. The starter is Delco starter.

Anyone know the order the parts install? I know the stud will go in from the outside and the nut will be last ...…...Where do the washers install?

Any Cub or Delco Starter Experts?

Not sure if this will help you. See items 5 - 10.

Item 7 are the small diameter insulators that fit in the terminal bore of the starter housing.

I'm no expert on Cubs. If this is not correct, I'm certain someone will come alone to correct me.

As I see it, place insulated washer (8) between item 7 and 9, on the inside of the housing.
