    With a good stout cardboard box, some duct tape, you could build a hood for the little sucker.

    10 grand gas engine and 15 grand diesel engine does seem pretty steep for what it looks like.

    There's a farm within a couple miles from my place that still uses 2 Allis Chalmers G's for cultivating. One is pretty rough looking, but obviously still earns it keep, the other is in really nice shape. I always like seeing them in the fields, neat tractor.
