    Building a J-3 Cub

Old 1943 video, but so cool! It is a 30 minute video, so caution if you have a small bandwidth of data. Enjoy!!

If man had enough horse sense to treat his wife like a Thoroughbred, she'd never grow into an old nag.

If you climb in the saddle, be ready for the ride!

Happiness is contagious; Be a carrier!

This documentary will be great to watch, when completed and released.

I am such a sucker for nostalgia; hope it gets restored and put on display for the world to see.
    Have wings, will travel.

Just a couple weeks ago, there was a commemorative gathering of piper J-3 owners at the original Piper Company factory/airfield in Lock Haven, PA. Unfortunately, one of the J-3s came down into a residence's backyard in Lock Haven. Fortunately, the pilot walked away, and no one on ground was hurt!!

BTW...anyone interested in Piper, there is a great Piper museum at what's left of Piper's facility in Lock Haven, PA. The first clip and many others are in the museum library. If in area...worth a visit! My cabin is only minutes from the museum...I had the family there and they enjoyed!

    Happy Fourth of July!!!
