Took Some Pictures Around the Yard Today

I took a camera out to try & catch some Yellow Swallowtails that were around this afternoon, of course they left! So I just took some pics of the gardens instead: Click image for larger version.

Just lovely! I especially like the windmill and the water garden section. We can't have water hyacinths in Texas anymore. It is illegal. Not sure why, since they die at the first cold spell. But they consider it a noxious/invasive weed. Post pics when your bloom, because I miss them!

Great pics Lowell You sure do have a lot to water everyday LOL

I'd post a pic of our flowers if we had any. My daughter likes to "pick" them for me and that usually means ripping the entire plant out of the ground

    Looking good.

But you need to clean your lens, I keep seeing black spots in some of your pictures.

Those spots seem to follow me everywhere, especially when I have a camera out!

As for the watering, the Gator helps immensely: Click image for larger version.

ID:	31354 a 35 gallon tank in the bed w/a pipe across to keep it in when raising the bed to drain the tank. Also, plenty of 5/8" garden hose! ~~ Lowell

Beautiful yard, but I suspect it takes you quite a while to mow it.

Wow! Pretty fast. How much do you have to mow? I have an acre, with lots of stuff to mow around, and what with weedeating and edging, takes me around four hours. Probably about 2 and a half hours just to mow. I have an old LX 172, 38 inch.
