Didn't have time to step in here this morning, up at 6, left home by 6:30, stopped at Hardee's for a quick breakfast & at the farm mowing before 8! Finished mowing with the 755 after 11, changed out the trail camera card: Click image for larger version.†

Trimmed around the north pond before noon, used my new table top gas grill to cook some smoked sausages & hot dogs for dinner. Back home by 1:15, unloaded & put things away, switched trailers in case it rains tonight (the 18' trailer was parked out back). Got the F725 out & mowed the yard, another hour+ mowing today!

If some invited you to go glamping near an oil field wouldnít you be suspicious?

Iíd be happy to drive a misbehaving fun car, thereís something nice about operating equipment as in actually operating it and itís even better to outsmart a computer. Unless itís got a hellcat engine for fun factor Iíd rather be figuring something out.

The choke point is the old insufficient duct work.

So I will fire up the wood stove which is in the living room. When that happens the living room gets too hot and the rest of the house gets too cold. The thermostat for the furnace is in the living room. So I am installing a second thermostat in the dining room where it wonít be affected by the direct heat of the wood stove. This will let the furnace cycle some to heat the rest of the house while the wood stove is running and also help distribute the hot air from the living room. I can close some of the other returns. Iím installing a switch in the basement so I can switch between thermostats.

Got the worst part done yesterday which is running the wire. Now need to mount the box for the switch, install the thermostat, then just connect everything up.
When I have the fireplace going I put switch the fan in the central unit to on and let it circulate the air.

Looking forward to a bit of good cold air outside.

You know those are the kind of varmints that thrive in the summer and are no where to be found when it is nice an cold.

i hope its not a lemon car it has no service history yet but it only has 5 k miles on it but the good thing is if it breaks down they can pay to have it returned

but I did notice on the way home they forgot to get us to put a va inspection sticker on it so the jeep is actually illegal to be on the road as a va inspector I should have caught that before I left work

good morning folks--yeah i'm still awake-got some mean thumping heart burn again. i think i've figured out what is giving me this heart burn--i drank Gatorade today. same as i drank some on the evening of the ag days. it never bothered me before
unless i am having a side effect from this insulin i started taking several weeks ago-Ozempic--i don't seem to have read that side effect--was a million others-so...............good ole Kaopectate to the rescue for now.

reason i couldn't sleep was ole Arthur was knocking at the door it seemed last evening--must be the humidity change that caused it to flair up.

brush pile is gone-burnt up--hoping the hornet's are long gone-fried to a crisp--i doused em with about a gallon of diesel fuel and lit em on fire did that ever piss em off. wow-wee--as they popped out-i gave em some more flames from my grass burner torch--will wait till day light to see if i got all of them.

uns all have a great and safe day today-ya hear
