Wife's daily infusion this morning & NP appointment this afternoon, hope I can work a yard mowing in there sometime. Got the 314 out yesterday & spread 102 lbs of fall fertilizer.

Not the first time that has happened.

    Good morning everyone.

Looking like it is gonna be another day that feels like 100. According to the guy on the radio, yesterday was the hottest day of the year. Not sure about that, but this silliness needs to end.

Still gonna work on the fall cleanup. Heading back behind the upper pond and then around the back fence line.

Might enjoy a couple when I come in to cool off.

    Good Morning.

I was walking out to my truck this morning just as I hit the remote to unlock the door, a huge flash of lightning. Thunder in about 3 more steps. Just about had to go back in for a re-wipe. It seemed like I pushed the button and caused the flash. It was that split second of what day heck.

    Good Morning GTT!

Rtgt - what a beautiful pond! But man oh man thatís a lot of trimming - especially with your Louisianan weather!

Very foggy here this morning but cool enough at 60*. Supposed to be 87* today - yuk! Will be hiding in the A/C this afternoon.

Trip went well yesterday - were home by 10:30 which was awesome. Mrs. C doesnít have to go back to the knee doc for a month now. The infection is ever so slowly dissipating - taking forever. Likely this is because of her liver issues - slows her whole system down. Still a bit swollen and still in a lot of pain. 4 months post-op and still in a lot of pain - I wish there was something I could do to help her.

Her father who is 77 I think had his knee done last week. His attitude ahead of time was that it would be a piece of cake. Well he has changed his tune a bit now I guess - that first week is tough. He starts therapy today.

No plans for today but will have to get into something. Just canít shake this restlessness......
