    Sad Day in Canada

It's a sad day in Canada. The second time in a week that a soldier in uniform has been murdered. Today's event ended with the gunman storming into the Parliament building shooting ending up being taken out, thankfully no one else hurt.

    Very sad, indeed.

I had heard about it when a few class mates were talking about the canceled hockey game. I saw the start of the Penguin's and it was nice to see them sing the Canadian national anthem as a show of solidarity.

These cowardly attacks must be a real shock to a nation which has virtually no gun violence. Prayers go out to our allies to the north.

The first attack was with a car. Someone ran over two Canadian soldiers.
