    Sheriff's Welcome Sign

I remember seeing the article about the sign he put up a few years back. This one is just as good. Sounds like they've got my kind of Sheriff

If it wasn't so miserable in the summer I could see myself moving to GA.

I spent a few summers in Ft Benning.

It's a pretty great place to live, even with 9 months of summer!

Only reason I won't move to Georgia is.....every single zombie apocalypse show or book..... ALWAYS begins in Georgia.

I think they know something we all dont?

That's awesome. Got my CC permit in SC and in UT. GA and SC don't honor each other's permits. Likely because GA does not require a class to obtain. You can get a non resident UT permit that GA does honor. That's why I have both, I travel constantly around in GA, SC, and NC working.

I don't know if I would call it 9 months of summer. At least when I was there in the June/July/August times of years it was 3 months of melting. So I would call it 6 months of summer, split up by 3 months of misery and 3 months of what we would call fall or your winter.

Alright! That's awesome. I'll likely renew my UT anyway. 2020 is when it expires. Opens up some states that my SC doesn't.

    Thanks for the info
