    Remembering Dad...

So, my Dad passed away a month ago, or so. It hurts. a lot. My dad was an Allis Chalmers man, but liked Deere too. When I showed him the picture of my 1026r, his face lit up and i could tell that he was happy. When I showed him the pic of the 2032r, he said "Wow". He was very happy for me that I could have that tractor. I'd like it if, even for a moment, everyone would raise a glass of what ever you have to remember my dad. Here's the last picture that i have of him, we are talking about what to eat at Stories in Indiana.

Thanks everyone for listening to my babble. I appreciate it.

I'll not only raise a glass, but I will light a candle in his memory tonight.

My sympathy. I don't think it ever gets easier, no matter what others may say.

    My sincere condolences.

Losing a parent has to be very difficult. I too will raise a glass for your father Bubber.

I hope you and your family can find peace in these difficult times.

If i can give any advice at all, I would say to get your stuff together. Don't make your family make your arrangements. Nuff said.

Just came from a funeral for a neighbor, I'll raise one for your dad and for his family, plus my parents. It gets easier as the years go by but they are never forgotten !

Sorry for your loss. My Dad is gone too. He was not into tractors, but did buy one of the first four JD 110s sold be the local Yellow JD dealer. They decided to sell L&G equipment.
