How's the weather at your place? - May 2018

Welcome to the May 2018 weather thread!

It has seemed like winter will never end for a lot of us in the northeast - is it done yet?

The full moon in May is on the 29th. May’s Full Moon is called the Full Flower Moon as well as Mother’s Moon, Milk Moon, and Corn Planting Moon. The May Moon marked a time of increasing fertility, with temperatures warm enough for safely bearing young, a near end to late frosts, and plants in bloom.

37 chilly degrees this morning, a long way to get to the 78* they are predicting for the high! Sunny skies and no rain in the forecast until a possible shower next Sunday.

Ended up April with 6.01" rain, year to date 17.55", which ain't to bad for us.

Hitting on 88* now, probably will break 90* later this afternoon like yesterday.

We've had a week or so of really nice weather, highs around 80*. Nice weather to be outside. They're saying we may have a chance of storms tomorrow evening but otherwise looking good.
