I had an old truck with a 460 with a 4bbl, and I thought it sucked the fuel when I floored it!

    Another thing to ponder

1/4 mile in 4.5 seconds at 9500 rpm's equals a mere 712 revolutions of the engine in a single pass.

And most engines only last a few passes before being completely rebuilt.

Haven't been going that long, but have enjoyed each time. The fumes, the noise, the rubber.......Hard to beat it!!
