So the seat on my F525 broke the other day and I ordered a new one. Ended up getting this off of amazon as it’s close to what was on there.
Anyhow it showed up today right on time. Except they sent one with black cushions instead of yellow.
So I called up Tractor seats.
“We’re sorry sir. That was definitely our screw up. Well send you out to yellow cushions right away. And you can keep he black ones.”
I offered to send back the black ones but they said not to worry about it.
It’s good to see a company take care of their customers.
