    Fiancé is the winner!

Her fiancé dogged a bullet or more like a cannonball. I’ve never heard of such a witch in my life.

I have to agree, that guy is far better off to find this out about her now rather than later.

Can you imagine what they would have wanted friends and family to pay for the divorce had they gone thru with it?

I can testify that my divorce cost me a lot more than my marriage. The man in this story is a very lucky man that the wedding was called off.

He may have4 dodged the marriage bullet but he's still hung since they have a son. It's going to cost him dearly for a decade or 2.

He might want to see if he can get custody now that he has seen the real person emerge.

    From the story....

The woman explained the couple met at 14 and worked together on her family’s farm. They then went to community college and worked and saved to “become financially stable.”

“We managed to save up nearly $15K for a wedding. Since our love was like a fairy tale, we wanted an extravagant blow out wedding, one where our son could be included,” the woman wrote. “We started touring venues and were torn between two. A local psychic told us to go with the more expensive option, and we thought why the hell not?”
hmmm, they worked and saved to become "financially stable". Good for them! But how financially responsible is it to spend $60k after you've saved only $15k?? (I hate to say "saved ONLY $15k", because that's a pretty good chunk of change!)

And they consulted a "psychic" who told them to spend the money?? I wonder how much the psychic charged for that sage advice?

I do like how they wanted to include their son in the wedding!! Although the more conservative among us (including me!) would have probably opted to have the wedding before having the son!!

If the groom was smart, he would have taken his half of the $15k that they saved, taken his son and hit the highway to get away from her as soon as she started insisting on an expensive wedding! Why didn't he put an end to the madness of asking their "friends" for $1500 before this got to this point?
