jdmich's rain will get to us later this afternoon. Our temp over night bottomed out at 25° with the same heavy frost as CT. Our high today is 50°. There was snow in the air yesterday and in my travels I was in the higher elevations (1700') and it did stick to the ground a bit. Overall the weather has been so spotty, and CT unfortunately probably nailed it about the weather and mowing!
The storm line on Sunday night actually put down a tornado a few miles south of here headed over the PA line towards CT, in Warren PA. There was definitely damage, but luckily no one was hurt. We were under a tornado watch for a good amount of time, but it never went to a warning here. We thought the storm was much weaker than the watches and severe thunderstorm warning had alluded to, here at our place. We had a bit of thunder and lightning and some brief heavy rain and moderate winds.
