Gizmo2; What no ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, salad, pickled eggs, coleslaw, good ole noodles also, a little bit of fruit salad for dessert, oh forgot a variety of pies. that was what used to be prepared years ago when our family was very large, with grandparents, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, was not uncommon for 35 to 40 people to show up at holidays. Now fast forward 15 to 20 years, it will be wife and me and the animals for easter this year, so some slices off a tavern ham, instant mashed potatoes, canned corn, coleslaw, rolls, and noodles, wife has to have noodles, so that Gizmo2 is our meal for Easter

    Seems fine Big Jim 55.
Substituting Spare Ribs for the ham. As with you, small crowd this year.

Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and macaroni salad. I just heard the menu discussed between wife and daughter last night. One of my favorite meals.

X3, neither the wife or I feel like it. We all enjoy the summer time meal and it's been a while.
