Mind you I am in the Concord, NH area, which is like 100 miles from there. Yeah, I am not driving 100 miles to deliver something that you don't even want to pay full price for. Actually, I am not driving 100 miles out of my way for anything.
These requests crack me up. I once had an antique brass fan listed on CL for $25. A guy called me saying he definitely wanted the fan but asked if I could deliver it the next time I was in his "area". I looked on the map and he was about 55 miles from me. Needless to say we didn't finalize the sale. :-)

You know what really grinds my gears, Purolator trying to deliver an Amazon package to my house. There is one turkey driver in our area that has never learned to look for an address sign and drops my package back at the depot 30 miles away and they expect me to drive and pick it up... after I pay for Amazon Prime too. They finally said they will put a note on the driver's file to his manager, I get so peed off at these guys. I usually don't wish ill on anybody, but boy I wish I would be home if this guy ever finds my house.

    Grind, grind, grind....

oh, it is just an hour meter for my small mower tractor that I could have picked up at the local farm store with none of this aggravation.

My day was a train wreck I survived but for gear grinding.

It started on the highway on-ramp. I was 1st in the burst. I matched speed and found a slot about 1/2 way down the ramp. At 3/4 someone in the fast lane decided to take my spot. I really fought the urge to pit them. There was room for me to back off and slide across behind them before raising a flag on the way by as I approached travel speed in the fast lane.

I wonít detail the 2 people who utterly failed to understand how to make it through the McDonaldís drive through at lunch that left me rejecting food 3x and still ending up with diet/urine extract soda as a beverage.

I thought they made oil and air filters.

Zach, sadly we're not far behind the Golden Showers state of Colonfornia.

But for now gas is under $2.60 a gallon in my area.
I have more ideas than ambition.

Gee, I thought politics was about people and griping about government was just a sport.

HA! They can't deliver a package to a simple intuitive address, I don't think they can make anything.... Of course UPS often has the same challenge.
