    What's making me smile today is having my garbage man's cell number. Flipping him and his partner $20 each to dispose of an old couch and some chairs for me. Otherwise it's more money and I have to take them all to the dump myself.

    Absolutely. The neighbors with throw a mattress out there, let it rain or snow in it and wonder why it does go away. Tipping him for a big pile or at holidays pays off. I could leave a junk out car out there and it would disappear because I would either be there to help load it or he knows I will might it right with him next time.

    Garbage man, mail lady and here's one I can personally attest too. Tipping your gas or oil man is always favorable. I know when I was on the truck it would make me give just a little more effort getting into poorly maintained driveway's or a little better attempt at making sure the hose didn't flatten their spring flowers.
