I bought another 1026R with front end loader (sort of)

This morning I went down to Tractor Supply Co. to look at their post hole diggers. I didn't buy a post hole digger, but I bought another 1026R tractor.

It's being delivered by freight train this evening.

The floor boards remind me of a 2720.

Definitely looks like at least a 2520 if not a 2720. Should be killer for the model train railbed gravel.

I didn't think about it, but I suppose I financed it, since I used a credit card to pay for it.

It might be a 2720. Other than the ERTL logo stamped on the frame, there isn't any other identification (other than a sticker for John Deere licensed product).

Here is a screen dump from a listing on the internet. It doesn't help much to identify what the model is. Almost for sure it is a subcompact.

Interesting that they label it a Skid Steer product when it most certainly is not.

The "scale" of it implies reasonably large rears and a good amount of ground clearance. It wouldn't be a SCUT (1026 / 2305 type machine) at that size... It would be a CUT (2320 and up).

Either way, it's a cool toy, and I'm guessing you'll be able to somehow use it with your train stuff if nothing else.
