    Ordered a New Stihl Chainsaw

Well I took a three day weekend this past weekend (S, S, and today). We wanted to clean up all the trees that Sandy decided we did not want any longer.
To start off, the battery was dead in the 2320 and I mean dead. It would not even run the tractor without all the idiot lights flashing. One of those NO warning see ya dead!
Today our Stihl 011 chainsaw died, so I ordered a new Stihl 211. We bought the old Stihl 011 in 1985 so I guess we got our money's worth.

    Sunday was our aniversay.....remember?
Actually, buy something big you really don't have to have and then watch every thing else fall apart. Story of my life, it always goes like that.

The saw died near the end of day two. My wife drove the gator around and I had her pack this with her when I needed it.

    One of my better investments.
Near the end of day one all the dash lights on the tractor started flashing even the ones that were not suppose to be on. That's when I figured I'd better stop until I get a new battery.
I have not idea why this happened but the tractor seemed to run just fine.

The jumpers are a good investment. I need to get one. Of course, then my wife will need a Gator so she can follow me around.

YOUR WIFE DOESN'T HAVE A GATOR? Who does all the yard work?

No, Giz, she doesn't. We both do the yard work. For some reason she thinks we needed stuff like a new water pressure tank, new carpet in the bedroom, new deck; you know unimportant stuff. The pressure tank was 24 years old; the carpet 19 years. My preference would be a pickup or a Gator or both. She has mentioned that she would like to have a Gator some day, so who knows?
