    They are referred to as “homo slackass-erectus” created by natural genetic downward evolution through constant spineless posturing, and spasmatic upper limb gestures, which new research has shown to cause shorter legs and an inability to ambulate other than in an awkward shuffling gait.
    The "drag-crotch" shape also seems to effect brain function.
    Expect no eye contact or intelligent verbal communication.
    Unfortunately most are highly fertile...

    I have seen this creature.... I think that the upper limbs have also mutated.... The left limb has evolved to solely to hold up their pants, and the right limb has evolved to hold a cell phone. The limbs seem to be unable to perform any useful work.

    Unfortunately those critters have been a common sight around here. I was really tempted to holler at one recently to pull his draws/britches up, but decided against it. To me that is another type of visual pollution.
