I knew it! I always thought there was something fishy about that show. Just seemed to good to be true. No way anyone would leave such valuable items in a storage locker.
That's like all those reality deals. They're all staged for the dramatic. What a waste of good programming time.

Not much tv you can watch that you can take for anything more than the entertainment value. It's sad, some of my favorite shows are the reality shows, but my least favorite parts are the crude acting that is obviously fake. I'd rather watch a less dramatic, real show. I used to watch storage wars, but stopped after they would seemingly keep pulling valuables out of lockers. If someone doesn't have the money to pay for the storage locker, why wouldn't they go in it and sell these valuables inside?

I got a gasoline powered wheelbarrow kind of air compressor with a flat head kawasaki engine at an auction at one of those places. It was different though, everything was tagged and out on the pavement.
Reading the article note the part about the History channel pawn stars one where it was discovered the guitar expert owned the guitar and his employee came in to pawn or sell it and they didn't have the sense to take it off their on line inventory.
This type of program is most likely well suited to stuffing lots of commercials in with a high rate of the viewer staying tuned. I think I go to the internet or some instruction manual or parts sheets if I don't have the clicker for this particular program.

I'm not surprised "Storage Wars" is rigged. But, he got fired for complaining in a meeting? Sounds like there is more to the story of him being fired than just complaining.
