    Snow storm on the way

Watching the news this morning the weatherman mentioned a snowstorm that's going to hit us over the weekend. 8" - 12" of heavy, wet, "Back-breaking" snow on the way! Sounds like fun!!

We're supposed to get some snow, but a lot of ice and sleet also. Around noon today.

Supposed to start here before noon, last forecast for us is up to 15". I probably won't do anything except keep a path to the shop (50'), We don't have to go [B]anywhere[B]! 3-4 days worth of firewood in the shop, more just outside & two cart loads in the shed nearby! Pot of chili on the stove! Blower & cab on the 314, 54 blade on the 420 & loader on the 790 if needed. 56 RER is in the heated shop to keep me busy! ~~ Lowell

My flight from Oklahoma City was delayed this morning. They got about an inch of slush.

We should get about 4-6 inches from the same storm in my part of Wisconsin.

I believe it when I see it. We were to get several inches earlier this week and got a dusting! It is supposed to start tonight around here for a total of about 5 inches. Nothing to write home about!

Just getting started here. Our society is a bunch of wussies. They let a bunch of schools out early. Like the kids couldn't walk to the bus in 1/2" of snow !
