    Tom was born and brought up in my hometown of Fall River, MA and friend to my father and his family. He now lives next town over to me in Concord.

    I have read the story before. People like him are remarkable individuals. He has had the responsibility of wearing the Medal of Honor for all these years. They are common people and do not put on airs at all. Great Americans, all of them.
