Guest room? May as well call it what it is - Gunner’s room!

That Wolf with the 6 pack abs looks so "mean". But I doubt that Wrigley or Bruno see it that way.... The duck or pheasant or whatever it is has that distinctive "squeaking / honking" sound, when I squeezed him while helping Sulley Bear Santa and Beasely, her elf, package things, they both perked right up like "What was that?"

Many of the dog toys came from Chewy.com and the treats are Milk Bones and a variety of others which come from either the local mill or other local sources.

Thanks for the pictures. Glad they liked the goodies and are enjoying them......
So we're definitely on the picky side of things when it comes to dog food and dog treats... so we looked up those bully sticks... Susan was standing there holding one as I read off, "uncooked dried bull penis". Easily one of the more hilarious reactions I've ever seen!

"Oh give me a home...". Great picture; it's not an everyday sight here, but it's not rare, either, to see a few buffalo and/or longhorns on a trip. Used to be a couple of ranches near here that stocked some buffalo; one had a big herd of Elk...but rumor has it they all disappeared almost overnight because they contracted the wasting disease and were euthanized.

Walking the dog at lunch and see a bird run from the side of the road to the woods. When we get up to the spot its just sitting there on a branch. The dog did his best "pointer" impression!

No pictures or videos but a good story. Today I managed to misalign the furbo so every treat launched bounced off the bars of the kennel, then it ran out. Darn it.

SUlley Bear and Beasely have been getting mail the last few days......

First, they received a very nice hand written Thank You card from Katie, the K9 daughter of the Honorable Dirt Commissioner and Sandwich Thread commissioner and Mrs. CP. She was very gracious and thanked Sulley and Beasely for her recent holiday package and she talked about certain treats and toys that she really likes.

Apparently, Katie had never had a Milk Bone prior to her package from my girls and now Katie has developed a "taste" for them. Milk Bones have always been the one treat that all dogs seem to like and also which is least likely to have any allergies or problems with. Katie's parents, CP and Mrs. CP, are going to have to drop a box of Milk Bones into their grocery cart next time they are at the store.

After all, if Katie can select a nice card, address it and stick as stamp on it and she had such neat block style printing handwriting, I am sure she can learn to use the online ordering at Chewy.com and other places and have whatever she wants shipped to her house. She did mention that she already has her parents credit card information stored on her phone.......

Then yesterday, we received a very nice Thank You card from Charley Boy, you know, Big Jim's driver and partner in drive through window visits........Charley Boy also mentioned toys and treats which he really liked and he talked about how much fun he is having with certain toys and how he is enjoying the various treats. Charlie Boy has very nice handwriting, very eloquent and flowing, the style of hand writing you don't see real often anymore. Obviously, Charlie Boy properly learned Cursive writing and is VERY GOOD at writing very clearly and flowing.

Charlie Boy has obviously been practicing his writing as it really something to behold. He did a masterful job with the card, we were very impressed. Sulley and Beasely even said "Now CB (must be their nick name for him....) sure has very nice penmanship". They were glad he is enjoying the goodies he received in his holiday package.

Well done, both Katie and Charley Boy. They even had their names on the return address labels on the cards, but of course why wouldn't they? After all, the cards were addressed to Sulley and Beasely.

It's nice to get hand written correspondence in this day and age and in such nice cards. Well done Katie and Charley Boy.......
