    Need Socket size for mower blades

    I have a 1025 R John Deere Utility Tractor. Would like to know the size of socket I need to remove the mower blades? Thanks

    Same on my 54D deck. My set of sockets did not include an 18mm; I had to go buy one.

    Pretty sure the 60" deck uses 18mm as well. I'd check but my mower deck is tucked away for winter under my trailer

    It is an 18mm socket size. Part number 19M7872 Size M12x25

    You might get away with an 11/16th socket. I don't remember what I used last season.
