I have a 16 1025r that I purchased two months ago. I have about 25 hours on it and it runs great. I have a ballast box attached and have only use the loader/forks. (No mowing or shredding). With the throttle low or at near idle, I notice a high pitch noise coming from the rear of the tractor. If I move the loader at all, press the throttle, or increase the engine speed, it goes away.
This is my first tractor and I am not sure if this is normal or not. I am not opposed to taking to my JD dealer to look at, but I have to borrow a trailer and that makes it a bit convenient. (Not to mention trying to get time away from work)
Is this normal, or should I be worried, any tips or tricks to check?
