Yesterday my tractor just quit like it was shut off. I looked in fuel tank and it was low but not empty.I was mowing on side of a small hill when this happened. After adding fuel the tractor did not want to start back up but after a few minutes of cranking it started but was way under powered. I tried to mow but tractor bogged down. At this point iwas hot and put the tractor up. Today I got it out and it started right up and mowed fust fine? Did i get the tractor too hot or get air in system that cleared on its own?

Sounds like you ran out or fuel - at least partially. It still had air in the system when you restarted it and the rest bled itself off overnight.

    Keep your tank full!
