    Drawbar sizing?

I have a need to attach my JD80 cart to the rear of my JD 2305. The draw bar that I have is too thick to fit the hitch of the cart.
Are there any options to buy a thinner draw bar? I have removed the right side 3 point bracket to allow the cart to turn and attaching the cart to the hitch plate. I do not want to keep removing parts from the three point to use my cart. Is there a bracket that can be mounted to my standard draw bar and also accept the hitch of the cart? If there is no other option. I could make a plate to attach to the existing hitch plate, to extend the hitch. Hope this makes some sense.
    thanks,
    JD66

Can you take a picture? This "drawbar", is that the one with the many holes that goes between the lower 3PH arms?

I added a few washers to spread the draw bar wider. Worked great. Not sure if you have that ability with yours or not.

You could add a receiver type hitch and use an atv combo hitch. that would give you both a trailer ball and a thinner draw bar type as well

Sorry my last post said draw bar when I meant tongue. This is similar to the tongue on my cart, I added washer in between to make it wide enough for the drawbar.

You may want to check out one of theses. I added one to my 318 to keep the wear down on the actual tractor.
