Added a hitch to my ballast box

Added a hitch today. We had an old hitch made to go on the back of a Gator. It's a 1.5 size hitch. Got it and the drawbar for $10. Bolted it to the box using u-bolts I had. Won't have to worry about them turning.

I also got about 650 lbs of scrap steel in the box. Found a bunch of thick steel brackets in the scrap bin.

Becareful with anything heavy that far to the rear. Draw bars were invented for a reason. You need to keep the load as low and as far fwd as possible. No heavy pulling with anything other than a draw bar. The draw bar sits well below the rear axle. So as you pull it doesnt lift the front end up so bad. No doubt it will work and you did a nice job. Just be careful.
