Installing a 47" quick hitch blower onto 1025r

Can anyone send info on part numbers needed to install a 47" quick hitch snowblower from a x595 to a 1025r.
I know the shaft from the blower needs to be replaced, need a new shaft from mid pto, and a bearing assembly to carry the new mid shaft. I cannot seem to find this info. My neighbor has done it with his, but he has no part numbers for these parts.
Does this come in a kit?
    Thanks
