    Broken Turnbuckle Stud

I dropped my BB on the way out to pickup the trash cans to attempt some pot hole filling. When I lifted the BB, I noticed it was way off level. The stud on the turnbuckle assembly sheared off right where it transitions to the larger hole size. I'll get a pic posted later. This is the stud that holds the draw arm and lift rod together. Names may be off.

Haven't heard of this one before. I keep the turnbuckles tight, but still have a little play, so I'm not sure what caused it.

Does anyone know the replacement part number? I am guessing I'll have to get the whole turnbuckle assembly.

Brand of BB? Pictures always help others that don't know what a BB is.

Excellent, Thank you. #13 is the part I am looking for.

BB is for Box Blade. I have a Frontier 2048L I believe. I'll have to look in my signature.

Ok, you said it's #13. Now where does it go into a larger hole size? You got me stumped.

    Levi,
It goes into the hole in the middle of the lift arm. The bottom of the lift link also aligns with this hole and the turn buckle bolt.

Highlighted in the yellow outlined square.

Thanks for the help. $19 for the link and nut. Surprising at the least. I assumed this assembly would be high dollar.

I'll get a pic if it ever quits raining here.

    Fred,
When you get the part and replace it make sure it is installed with the eye at a right angle to the DRAFT LINK, It makes a difference. I had to adjust the LINK on my 2210 as it was flat to DRAFT LINK and wouldn't adjust properly. JUST PASSING ON KNOWLEDGE Acquired from others.
