    No engagement of mid pto.

My mid pto on my JD2305 does not engage when yellow pto control knob is pulled up. This is the first time this has happened.
Does anybody have a any troubleshooting ideas? Tractor starts fine and runs fine. I went to mow, pulled up mid pto switch and nothing happened. No engagement of the mower blades. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks, JD

Do you need to select mid PTO vs rear?
