Can you remove the boot and check where it attaches to the valve?
That would be my first place to check.
It's brand new call the dealer.

I will see if I can remove boot if its simple I will fix. Taking to dealer would be too time consuming but it complicated it will go there.

Tell them to come and get it, fix it, and bring it back... If it is a reputable dealer they will take care of it.

I agree, or possibly even fix on site, my dealer does as many repairs as possible without have to truck it back to their shop.

An on site fix is the best solution if possible. That way you can see what they do or don't do.
