    Auto Connect Mower issue

I just took the deck of my 2018 1025R in order to check the underside of the deck and lube the arbors on the deck. I have 31 hours on the machine. After disconnecting the deck I got under the machine and noticed that the bearing in the auto connect mechanism had slid out of the housing . The bearing and the coupler appear to be undamaged but I am a little concerned. Has anyone else had this problem?

Looks like this bering should be retained in the housing by some means.

    Thanks
    Sharkyj

Take a quick read through this thread that started here a couple of weeks ago.

In your case this will be a warranty issue, my bet would be on a missing retention washer.

And, do you have a picture you could post?

There should be a snap ring holding in the bearing.

Yep, I forgot about the snap ring. Both the snap ring and the washer were missing when the support bearing for my MMM PTO shaft spit out its bearing.
