IDK, it fits under the SCUT topic too. Have you tried starting it and operating it?

Don't fret. When I did my trans oil change I put the 'required' 13 qts in, and it brought it to just below the lower hash mark. I added another quart and that brought it up close to the upper hash mark, so 14 total.

If it doesn't show on the dipstick, make sure it is pushed in fully. If the oil isn't leaking out somewhere or going to an implement, like the loader or backhoe, the oil isn't going anywhere, it's just low. Even with the loader/backhoe attached they shouldn't suck that much oil out if they had been used before and their cylinders were already 'charged' with oil.

How much fluid did you get out?

Also - how long have you let the tractor sit? With mine it takes a few hours for the fluid to settle and get a proper reading.

It won't matter how much you get out, it matters how much you put in. The trans is listed as requiring 3.25 gals. Like I said, I put the required 13 qts in and it was still about a quart low after I started the tractor, then shut it off for about an hour. No implements were attached.
