    Mid PTO Problem

While mowing this morning with the PTO selector on my 1023E in mid PTO only position (to the rear), the selector moved to the rear PTO position and is now jammed. I did not hit anything and the grass was not tall. The mid PTO free turns, and the mower deck also is fine. Does anyone have any idea what could have happened? The tractor has 116.1 hours on it.
    Thanks in Advance

Are you saying the PTO lever is now in rear only. It moved by itself????

Correct, the PTO lever is in rear only, and yes it moved by itself.

Update: I was able to get the PTO lever to move to the center, PTO both position and as soon as I engaged the PTO, it moves to the rear PTO only position. With the tractor running, it will not move out of the rear PTO position

Sounds like something came apart internally and forced it forward into the rear pto only position.

If it's under warranty, take a quick video of if it doing it and get with your dealer. It does sound like something has failed internally.
