Help with quick hitch?! Shaft PN

I have a 1025R with a quick hitch and 54" snowwblower I bought this summer. I am looking at a used 52" QH rotary broom that came off a X748, and just want to confirm that the short shaft is the same. It appears that the shaft is the same - AM132902. Can anyone confirm? I got a conflicting answer from my dealer - the parts guy said they are the same. The sales guy said they are different...

I think the broom should mount right up to my quick hitch as is - I will just need to add the extra hydraulic tilt arm to the quick hitch since the snowblowers don't have that...

Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks!

According to John Deere parts, both the X700 and 1025R use the AM132902 drive shaft for the 52" broom. They actually list them on different parts breakdowns but they are the same part number.

I have both the 54" snowblower and the 52" broom.

I do know the driveshaft on the snowblower is different from the broom.

I'd trust the parts guy over the sales guy in this case.
