    D120 Bucket Capacity

I can't find online or in the flyers the capacity of the D120 bucket. I'm guessing maybe a quarter cubic yard?

Over at tractordata.com, they have the D120 bucket capacity at 0.29 yards. It was found under the 1023E attachments tab, but did not specify if that was for the 49", 53" or 61" bucket.....

I'm fairly certain the 61" capacity is the 0.29 CYD, the 53" and 49" would be less.

Let's see, according to the chart Kennyd linked to...

The 49" bucket holds 6.0 cubic feet of material struck and 7.3 cubic feet heaped. It's easy enough to do the math to convert cubic feet to cubic yards...

That's 6.0/27(the number of cubic feet in a cubic yard) =.22 cubic yards and heaped it's 7.3/27= .27 cubic yards

The 53" buckets numbers are 7.8 struck and 9.3 heaped... so...

7.8/27= .29 cubic yards struck rounded up... and 9.3/27= .34 cubic yards heaped

The 61" bucket 9.0 cubic feet struck and 10.6 cubic feet heaped...so...

9.0/27= .33 cubic yards struck and 10.6/27= .39 cubic yards heaped

To make it easy to read.....

    49" struck .22
    49" heaped .27
    53" struck .29
    53" heaped .34
    61" struck .33
    61" heaped .39
