Got a toy John Deere tractor in the mail today

The included literature "thanked" me for filling out a survey, one I don't even remember filling out. Was there a link on here for a survey? I don't remember even doing it but I have the "tractor" to prove it. Anyone else receive one?

Laid my pocket knife down for a size reference.
