My kid had a backhoe. But it was pedal powered.

Here he is just finishing up helping to excavate our basement.

We bought our 1st grandchild one without the loader, when he was just 2 years old. It had a wagon and he loved to put his stuffed animals in it and take them for rides. Today he is 12 years old. He can operate the backhoe on his dad's 1025R better than I can. There may be some truth to "you can't start them too early".

There is only one problem to starting them early.

I bought myself a 955. My son took it.
I bought him a Cub thinking I’d get my 955 back.

Nope now I have 0 tractors and my son has two.

So a few weeks ago I bought an H. I made it very clear on who’s tractor it was. IT’S MINE.

Now my son has three tractors and I have none.

I’m starting to see a pattern.

And yes he can operate them as good as of now better than I can.
