The only thing Deere Corporate offers in Platinum is their GreenFleet Rewards program.

If someone is offering you some sort of "Platinum Service" on your machine, that's a local dealer thing.

Your dealer wouldn't happen to be Virginia Tractor, would it?

Thank you! Yes it is Virginia Tractor. But it still doesn't say what they do.

Yeah, I get that. But the first step for the rest of us is to figure out what you're referring to.

That is a local dealer program so the only people that might know what it includes would be others customers of that dealer (or the dealer themselves of course!). Do you know if there anyone else on GTT that is local to you?

Just from the looks of their page it seems pretty comprehensive and I would assume that it covers all routine maintenance listed in your manuals. But they don't say if they cover the cost of materials or just labor. If they do cover materials, then for $375/year it's probably a steal of a deal and if my dealer offered it I'd jump on it.

I'd call the dealer back and ask to talk to the service manager instead of the sales guy.

It covered parts and labor. Oil change and filter. Transmission fluid change, filters and fluid analysis. Air pre filter and filter, fuel filter. Service battery and coolant. Torque all bolts on wheels and loader. Grease everything. Power wash and pick up and drop off. I'm sure I missed a few things but wife already filed the paperwork. I will do it again next year. I'm disabled so doing all this myself is impossible to do.

For $375/year I'd have them do the work for me too!

The filter pack for my machine is ~$80 alone. Add in the cost of fluids and I'd be up in the $150 range to begin with. I kinda wish my dealer offered that package.
