We have a Red Honda Pioneer 700-4 (4 seater) w/soft top , doors, and winch.
I use JD 0w40 in all 3 of my Yanmar engines , and in my 2 JD powertech engines. I think it’s the greatest diesel oil ever, and I use it in gas engines too. I’m debating on putting it in my Chevy 6.0 liter.

I run the DEERE 0W40 synthetic oil in my 2025R year round. Amazing how much easier super cold weather starts are now with only using glow plugs.

Not yet, because Im still in the break in.
Once thats over, in goes Deeres 0w40 Plus-50.
I run 5w40 Delvac one in the TDI, and that or 5w40 TDT in about everything else.
Used to run 5w40 Rotella in my motorcycles.
Cars with gas engines get either 5w30 or 0w20. I can attest to the cleanliness of the internals after 150,000 miles on them. While the Explorers cam chain tensioners failed, the inside of the engine was impressively clean, and what wear surfaces I could see looked great.
Basically, what Im saying is that Im a big believer in synthetics, and run them in everything and always will, because my experience with them has been that they are a big improvement over conventional in a lot of ways.

John Deere Store where I bought my 4044M told me to run Delo 400 10/40 in my tractor. I asked if it was OK to run synthetic and they said no? I have no problems starting my tractor in the winter down to zero and sometimes below that. I all ready have to run the expensive Mobil One stuff in my Dodge hemi sorta hate to run it in my tractor if it is not recommended or not really needed? Big swing in price seems everyone runs Delo 400 in there Diesels around here. So when did it become popular to make this change? I do run synthetic in my 5HP Air Compressor so it will start during the winter and not blow the circuit breaker!! Here is information and non of them recommend a 0 wt oil?https://wiki.ezvid.com/best-diesel-engine-oils
