What are the symptoms of a bad Circuit breaker

Thought I had a battery problem and charged them. Just fixed the AC and have no power to the tractor to charge the system. I can physically start the tractor by jumping it off with a screw driver but even when it’s running none of the power things work like AC. The only things that work are the lights but those will work when the tractor key is off.

My apologies it’s a 2950 cab tractor. I’m not sure if circuit breaker or relay... if relay not sure which one. Or what the circuit breaker even looks like. The manual I ordered was just to break down the front axle... no detailed information.

Contacted the last owner who told me to check the octagon connector at the fire wall. Most likely had the same issue. Unplugged it and plugged it back in. Fixed it, got the ac charged up. Sniffer detects a little by the shrade valves but we will see. Easy to replace if they do leak. Glad the electrical was a easy fix.
