    Hay Wagon Dimensions Question

    Hello,

I have a Minnesota running gear.
I am putting 14' stringers on it (6x6 treated yellow pine).
I am new to farming, so I need input on overhang dimensions of the deck over the wagon.
I was told that you want the deck overhanging the front of the wagon an appropriate distance for when you have it connected behind a square baler.

Does anyone have suggestions on what the distance past the front axle should be? Or rather, the distance between the hitch and the front of the deck?

See attached image to better describe what I am asking.

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
Connect the trailer to your baler. Put the chute down where it be during baling, you'll want the front edge of the deck to start 6-8" after the chute (so you can still turn when fully loaded).
