We spent over 20 hours on the road over this weekend adn we did not see any accidents, but we did see people hauling and doing stupid stuff about once an hour.

Yikes!!! Good thing he didn't kill someone. What caused that, inadequate suppression on the towing vehicle and not letting up on the gas pedal?

I never follow a semi close for fear of a rock stuck in between the dual wheels coming flying out or stop close to rairoad crossings if I'm first in line. A miss-inspected train car's brake shoe can fall out of it's holder when it's gets worn down and tumble along the ground and go right through a vehicle's window.

I'd say an inadequate tow vehicle as it looks like a BMW station wagon hauling more than it was designed for.
