    hauling cab tractor

Im about to purchase a new 4520 cab tractor. I will be hauling this tractor to and from tennessee, mississippi, and florida three to four times a year. will the air drag on the cab going down the interstate 70mph+ destroy the cab over time?

You should be fine. Carry some bug remover for the glass though!

If you had one of those aftermarket cabs that look like they are covered in shower curtains, I would say yes the hauling would destroy the cab; but a Deere factory cab is built like a car, so just haul and be happy.

If it was me I would cut me or fix me a piece of cardboard(or something) to cover the front(or back depending how you haul it) glass. On long trips there is alot coming from the road and any direction for that matter.. Guys that hauled us in new excavators and so on did this. Even with the hoe turned with the rear of the machine to front.. They said even with the machine backward they have gotten broken.
