5085M Increase flow to 2&3 rear SCV

    Hello
Is there any way to increase flow to the 2 & 3 rear SCV. I have the deluxe rear SCV. The problem is I have a Normad Inverted snowblower and I would like to drop the rear scrapper bar faster. Is the only way to install a Hydraulic Diverter Valve on the #1 SCV?

    Thanks

I’m assuming the #1 SCV is rated higher than the rears? How much of a difference is there? There would be some pressure drop with the diverter too. You could probably rig up a regen valve that you could activate when you lower the scraper...if it’s a double acting cylinder. Then instead of the fluid from the rod end going back to the tank through the SCV, it would circle around through the regen valve and help fill the cylinder.

are you sure there is no flow limiting orifice in place? On the hydraulic blower controls i have had i had to put them in to slow things down- i wouldn't think that the scraper cylinder would require much fluid to go through its stroke.
