    5055E Electrical problem

I have a 5055E that will not start. I replaced the battery I replaced the starter relay. The gauges instrument lights do not work.
Are there more fuses other than the ones in the fuse box under the steering wheel?
    Any ideas?

    Welcome to GTT!

I'm not really familiar with your specific tractor, but I can help troubleshoot.

What happened when you lost power? Was it two weeks after the last time it ran and stored in the barn? How many hours on the machine?

Have you checked the battery cable connections, freshly cleaned and tightened on both ends?

Do you have a volt meter and checked for voltage on the battery terminals, starter terminal to a good an known ground like the negative post on the battery?

More info from you will help us help you.

Have you cleaned/tightened ALL FOUR battery cable ends especially where negative cable attaches to tractor?

I have a 5065E, and should be similar.
Raise the hood, on right side of tractor, above the starter and above the fuel filter, mine has a Fusible Link, kind of like what the kids use to fuse the big amplifiers in the boom boom systems in their vehicles.

Check for voltage on both sides of that fuse.

What does the fuse link look like? Is it the yellow part above the starter and fuel filter

Would an open fuse link cause the instruments and gauges and lights from operating?

It was the fuse link. So easy and only $12 for replacement at JD.
Thanks so much for the information
